First Capital Bank Expands Financial Inclusion

First Capital Bank has embarked on an ambitious nationwide roadshow aimed at strengthening ties with clients fostering economic growth, and reinforcing its position as a leading financial services provider.

Covering 10 towns and cities over eight days, the program seeks to bring banking services closer to communities while enhancing financial inclusion.

As the first bank listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, First Capital Bank is deepening its commitment to customer-centric solutions and economic transformation.

"This roadshow is about action, connection, and transformation bridging the gap between leadership and the communities we serve," First Capital Bank said.

The roadshow will see the senior management team, led by the CEO, engaging directly with clients, partners, and stakeholders across Zimbabwe.

The outreach will cover key urban and semi-urban areas, including Kadoma, Kwekwe, Gokwe, Gweru, Bulawayo, Beitbridge, Chiredzi, Masvingo, Mutare, and Chinhoyi.

"We are a bank that listens, understands, and innovates to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Our goal is to drive business growth, support financial literacy, and create new economic opportunities," First Capital Bank  stated .

The bank's leadership will participate in networking events, including breakfast meetings, luncheons, and media engagements, to exchange insights and explore emerging opportunities.

The program will also showcase the bank's role in supporting Zimbabwe’s productive sectors and driving economic expansion.

The roadshow aims to inspire employees, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and reinforce the bank’s culture of collaboration and excellence.
